Thermocouple data loggers are one type of temperature data logger products that is commonly used in industrial applications. These data loggers use a thermocouple, which is a sensor that measures temperature by detecting the difference in temperature between two points. Thermocouple data loggers are well-suited for high-temperature applications because they can withstand temperatures up to 2,500 degrees Fahrenheit.

Temperature is typically monitored from -200°C to 1000°C. There are standalone data logger products as well as network-connected data logger products that can generate alerts if the temperature exceeds the preset limits.

The resolutions are 0.1 °C while the accuracy is ±0.1°C. Furthermore, the Sampling rate is 1 second up to 24 hours and the IP Rating up to IP68. The number of recordings is up to 35,000.00 (if readings are taken every 5 minutes, the recording will last 4 months.)

The HiTemp140 is a tough, high precision, high temperature device designed for use in harsh conditions. This submersible stainless steel device can withstand temperatures of up to 140°C (284°F) and has an accuracy of +/-0.1°C (0.18°F).

Versalog Temperature Data Loggers for Industrial / Large Scale Purposes

The temperature data logger product for Industrial/Large Scale purpose is a 16 bit analog to digital converter, with 4 MB memory that stores up to 2 million temperature measurements per channel. It is equipped with one on-board thermistor channel to monitor ambient temperature.
